Part 1
I
arrived in the hustle bustle railway station in japan. Probably one of the most
traffic railways station in the world. I was carrying heave packs both side of
each hand. Ransel on front and ransel back. What a bags. It must be heavy.
No one to talk, kanji ortography everywhere hanging like
giant symbol that I am alien to read it. Luckily I saw Indonesian guy, and I ask
him “orang Indonesia?”. He said “yes” lucky. I was insecure because maybe he
could misleading me. Because we are same Indonesian. But it was not. He was
like an angel was sent to lead me to the shelter. I was amuzed by his kindness
drove me to my shelter. He was visiting his friend’s at another prefecture, yet
due to me. He drove me first then I took his journey then. It was so amazing
met new Indonesian in the new place like that. In the heart of the busiest city
in the world, Sapporo Japan.
I arrived
at the right station, the public transportation was clean, tidy, officer was
friendly and it was the first time my visiting as the student in Japan. At the
station I was too tired so I decided to grab taxi. Taxi drove to my gate. It
was about three hundred meters from railways station but the payment of taxi
was expensive, to me. Maybe that’s why Japanese people chose public
transportation instead. It was the first time I took on time public
transportation, it was clean, people crowded yet its still mindfulness because
people keep silent inside the electric train.
